Chocolate Unwrapped – London Chocolate week Finale

At the culmination of a week of intense chocolate events all over the country is the London-based event of “Chocolate Unwrapped”.  Featuring chocolate makers from all over Britain and the world, Chocolate Unwrapped featured dozens of chocolate stalls including a chocolate personality reading stand.

There were lots of people at the event itself, lending it a buzzy atmosphere.  One of the largest booths was Lucky’s, who created an Alice in Wonderland themed garden to feature their chocolate covered brownie cakes.  Paul A Young was there featuring his book and lovely chocolates, Melt had their huge range of chocolate bars available for purchase and the Chocolate Cafe came all the way from Ramsbottom!

Artisan du Chocolat had a stand with their lovely chocolates.  Regrettably I got lost and missed their chocolate tasting and also missed the Green and Blacks talk but there were plenty of talks on with chocolatiers giving of their time and expertise as well as a chocolate personality booth showing people that there was more to chocolate than Cadbury.  The place was full for the whole day so I had to stick around most of the day to get around to everything.

I finished off carving the name of the blog into the giant chocolate wall by the door.

Chocolate Unwrapped is still on tomorrow and you’ll get a FREE 100g Chocolate and Love chocolate bar if you mention that you read the Mostly About Chocolate blog at the ticket table when entering the show!
