James Strawberry & Black Pepper Easter Egg

While I’m not a white chocolate fan, I am a strawberry fan. The inclusion of black pepper worried me but I needn’t have been worried. The sweet strawberry and the white chocolate meets the black pepper in an egg.

This egg is awfully cute and it is the perfect size for a kid. In fact these are so adorable you might not want to give them away to the kids – you might want to keep them for yourself. I mean, who said the Easter Bonny doesn’t bring treats for adults?

The strawberry white chocolate is very sweet and almost too much but the black pepper helps tone it down . There is a lot of strawberry included in the white chocolate and it gives it a lovely flavour but still keeps it sweet edge. There is not enough black pepper though to give more than a hint. You know it is there but it doesn’t leap up and beat you over the head…

… which is good because it makes it more yummy!
