Galaxy Frothy Top Hot Chocolate Review

I tried this hot chocolate after the Galaxy cup of hot chocolate.  This hot chocolate can be made either with milk, water or half and half giving you the option of a rich creamy hot chocolate, a lighter one or something in-between.

I opted to make mine with just hot water as I was slightly pressed for time.  I measured 3 very heaping teaspoons into a standard sized mu and added water.  I only filled it 2/3 full and immediately heard what sounded like popping candy in the cup!

As you can see, it gives you a full frothy head on the hot chocolate.  I found it a little weak having already tried the Galaxy microwave one and the Moment du Chocolat one but this is a powder and where those were made with skim milk and chocolate (etc) this was a powder made with water.

Would I make it again?  Ya – I think I want to try it with milk!
